How to run it
- Run it anonymously: people write more openly when cards carry no names.
- Read the Glad column first, so the meeting does not start with a list of complaints.
- Useful after a hard release, a reorganisation or a long stretch of overtime.
Everything can be changed after copying: wording, columns, timers and who sees what.
